Rising Stars, now in its third year, has highlighted the achievements of over 200 cross-sector women in the UK and India. Rising Stars are supported by over 20 FTSE firms each year who help us to identify emerging talent, showcase their achievements and support their ongoing career journey through Careers Club.
Careers Club is a subscription based career development network providing a dedicated members-only learning portal and four face-to-face networking/skills events per year.
Careers Club provides access to online learning, resources, networking opportunities and skills based events. Through these resources, Careers Club members have the opportunity to grow their networks and learn skills normally reserved for those already in leadership positions. Corporate members include RBS, Bank of England, BIS and Ministry of Justice.
WeAreTheCity hold approximately 15 skills-based events a year and two flagship conferences, WeAreFutureLeaders (May) and WeAreTechWomen (November).
WeAreTheCity India focuses on news, culture and resources to help working women develop personally and professionally in their careers and businesses.
WeAreTheCity India includes gender-related news, a networks directory, calendar of events and conferences, inspirational women profiles, giving back and jobs (launching Q2 2017). The Rising Star Awards are also held in India (August) with the objective of highlighting the achievements of 50 women below senior management across a multitude of professions and industries.
WeAreTechWomen focuses on tech-related news, interviews, networks, events, conferences and resources to help women develop their skills and careers in technology.
WeAreTechWomen run over ten events a year plus their annual conference, WeAreTechWomen (November). In 2017, their portfolio of activities will expand to include the new WeAreTechWomen awards, which aim to highlight the achievements of 50 women below senior management across 10 technical disciplines.
Gender Networks brings together gender employee network leaders, chairs, co-chairs and D&I leads from a broad range of industries and sectors to share best practice, hear from industry experts and grow their network.
